"Saturday Night Live" Releases Fake Jay Z Biopic Trailer

Last night, Saturday Night Live released a parody biopic trailer featuring white actors Mike O'Brien, Jason Sudeikis, and J.K. Simmons as Jay Z, Kanye West, and Nas respectively.

The sketch, a promo clip for a fake film called "The Jay Z Story," parodies the state of whitewashing in the film industry and kicks off with O'Brien yelling, "Cocaine for sale!" Later in the clip, Jay Pharaoh offers up his renowned Jay Z impression but gets shot down by O'Brien in a discussion about his planned musical direction.

The fake biopic trailer also portrays a scene explaining the resolution of the rapper's beef with Nas and an imagined first meeting between Jay Z and Beyonce.

"I'm Sean, err, Jay Z," O'Brien says. "I'm Beyonce from Destiny's Child," actress Sasheer Zamata replies."I know who you are. P.S. You're so pretty!" O'Brien says.

Layzie Bone Blasts Rolling Stone For Not Making "100 Greatest Hip Hop Songs" List

With a new special edition Rolling Stone magazine issue listing the publication's "100 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs" ever last month, Bone thugs-n-harmony rapper Layzie Bone recently took to Facebook to complain about the Cleveland group not being included in the feature.

"You mean to tell me not one Bone song made there roster. SMH," Layzie wrote on his Facebook wall.

Last year, Layzie spoke with HipHopDX about the Bone thugs-n-harmony legacy and going out on his own as a solo artist. Answering a question about one of the group's most popular songs, "Tha Crossroads," Layzie said, "It don't ever get old."

"It’s just like putting on Michael Jackson 'Thriller' or 'Beat It.' It’s a classic, and classics never get old. It the simple fact that in time everyone is gonna always experience death or loss in their life, and it’s gonna be played at a funeral. Plus it sounds good, and it’s a heal-the-heart song. It can never get old...We lost one of our Bone members, Wally, and that song took on a couple of versions. We lost Boo, and some other crew members, and we made the song. Then after that, we remixed it once Eazy-E died. It was just like as we were being so blessed, we took a lot of losses too."

Daz Dillinger Calls Suge Knight A "Police Informant"

Ever since Suge Knight was suspected of killing his own friend, Terry Carter, during a fatal hit-and-run incident stories around the tragic happening have surfaced gaining the case even more attention.

Daz Dillinger, a member of Tha Dogg Pound and a former Death Row Records artist, recently made clear his thoughts about Suge Knight and claims he is a "police informant."

Dillinger took to Instagram to voice his opinion saying, "Look how this nigga Suge Knight is walking up and the police is shaking his hand. Does that look like a police informant to you?" The video, which has since been removed from his account, also had a caption reading, "POLICE INFORMAT AFTER A MURDER LOL."

Suge Knight was recently made a suspected party and later arrested for murder in a fatal hit-and-run that left Carter dead and another person injured. Knight was in an altercation with two men on the set of a film project that took place on the 1200 block of West Rosecrans Avenue prior to the incident.

Webbie Relays Allegiance With Birdman In YMCMB Beef

The Young Money infighting between Lil Wayne and Birdman, among others, has reached an all time high as of late as Wayne recently planned to file suit against his label boss.

As others begin to take sides between the two Hip Hop moguls, Webbie recently relayed his favoritism saying he sides with Birdman.

Taking to Instagram, the Louisiana rapper posted a picture of Birdman and captioned "I DONT KNO WUTZ GOIN ON... BUT IF ANYBODY FUCK WIT BIRDMAN IM RIDIN NIGGA!!!! $AVAGELIFE." The post has since been deleted.

Webbie's announcement of allegiance comes as somewhat of a surprise to fans as he has collaborated with Lil Wayne numerous times in the past.

Ludacris "IDGAF" Lyrics Used Against Him In Child Custody Trial

While he won primary custody of his one-year old daughter Cai Bella Bridges in a Georgia child custody hearing last week, Ludacris had his own lyrics read out loud to him in court by the mother's lawyer in an attempt to undermine his character.

The mother of Cai Bella Bridges, Tamika Fuller, sought an increase in her child support in the case, according to CLATL.

During the hearing, Fuller's lawyer read out a verse from Ludacris' IDGAF mixtape track "Dancin Dirty" which also features Chris Brown.

"These girls be actin' shy but you just ain't afraid to show it," the laywer read, quoting Luda's verse, "I got all this money and I'm damn sure fin' to blow it / Cuz she asked me for a drink and I'm damn sure fin' to po' it / I'ma make it strong, she said she like it fruity / In another 30 minutes I'll be feelin' on her booty / An hour after that I'll have her twisted like a cyclone / Legs wrapped around me til she squeeze me like a python / I call that slizzer / We both been gone off that liquor / She let down all her defenses and yes I give her the business / With the quickness / She came to her senses, while I'm tappin' and snappin' pictures / Relentless but so persistent now she said it's just Ludacris'."

After reading out the verse, the lawyer questioned whether the lyrics alluded to date rape.

"You're talking about date rape there aren't you?" she asked.

"No, ma'am," Ludacris said in response.

"What are you talking about?" the lawyer follows.

"I'm just talking about partying and having fun."

Later on, the lawyer asked outright, "Would you like for Cai to have this experience with a young man?"

"When Cai becomes an adult, if she wants to have a good time, then that's her right as an adult," Ludacris said in response.

50 Cent Disses A$AP Rocky; Rocky Responds

After 50 Cent's former girlfriend Tatted Up Holly called him out for domestic abuse a couple days ago and he issued a public and since-deleted apology on Instagram, the G-Unit founder took aim at A$AP Rocky for allegedly making a pass at the same woman.

50 Cent posted an image of Holly's DM's on Instagram which features a message from A$AP Rocky and then derided the Long.Live.A$AP rapper for the move.

"Boy of boy, last time I seen this punk he had a dress on," 50 wrote about Rocky. "You cant afford holly I gave her habits, get your weight up first boy. Bentley and better over here, n!gga can you buy that? f*ck you think I'm Kanye and you Wiz lol."

Dr.Dre Disputes Alleged Suge Knight Peace Summit

An alleged meeting between Dr. Dre and Suge Knight to end their longstanding beef is apparently false.

According to TMZ, Dre "scoffed" at the notion that he was to meet Knight for the rumored peace summit to squash their beef. Knight allegedly brought up the now discredited summit after he became a suspect in the fatal hit-and-run accident that killed Terry Carter. Sources close to Dr. Dre say that the Hip Hop mogul/entrepreneur would never want to be around Suge because of the target on his back. According to people connected with Suge Knight, Carter had allegedly recently spoke with Dre and wanted him to return the movie set he was on just hours prior in order to make peace.

Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise album is slated to be released February 24, according to iTunes.

Dr.Dre Sells Los Angeles Home For $32.5 Million

Dr. Dre may have made most of his millions via music and Beats Electronics however he made a few milli out of his own home.

TMZ is reporting that the Compton native recently sold his home for $32.5 million. He originally bought the six-bedroom mansion in December 2011 for $15.4 million through a trust, according to property records. It was initially listed for $35 million when he put the home up for sale.

The mansion is 9,696 square feet and overlooks downtown Los Angeles from the Hollywood Hills. As to where Dre will be living now? He purchased Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen's Brentwood, California mansion for $40 million last May. It is estimated Dr. Dre is worth around $800 million after Apple announced they would buy Beats Electronics last year.

Bobby Shmurda To Possibly Make Bail This Week

Rapper Bobby Shmurda just plead guilty to his December 2014 charges yesterday. It wasn’t looking good for the MC to make his two million dollar bail either. According to Bossip, however, Bobby is looking to make bail this week.

Bossip spoke to bail bondsman Ira Judelson, who claims things are being taken care of.

 “At the end of the day, I’m their bank. I’m the one who is going to be putting up the money to secure their appearance in court,” said Judelson of his role in getting Shmurda out of jail and back in the studio. “Bobby is relying on me to put up the $2 million to get him out the door, get him back to his family and get his music career back on track.”

His lawyer also made a statement along the same lines.

“A 72 hour surety is attached and the package has to be examined by the Government,” said Montgomery​. “If approved he is released. If not a hearing would be scheduled to litigate any issues.”

Whitney Houston's Daughter Found Unresponsive; Rushed To Hospital

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of singer Whitney Houston, was rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Atlanta this morning (Jan 31) after being found unresponsive. According to TMZ, Bobbi’s husband, Nick Gordon, found her in the tub.

“Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband Nick Gordon and a friend found her in the tub … according to police in Roswell, GA. We’re told her husband and friend immediately started CPR on her … until police and paramedics arrived.

We’re told police took over life-saving measures on the scene — and then she was taken by ambulance to a hospital.

Doctors have now stabilized her breathing, and we’re told she is in ICU”
