YG & TY Dolla $ign Being Investigated After Alleged Assault In Australia

YG and Ty Dolla $ign are alleged to have assaulted a man at Eve Nightclub in Melbourne, Australia this past Sunday (January 25), according to TMZ.

The site reports that a clubgoer is accusing the two rappers of “punching” and “kicking” him over disputes regarding the club’s VIP area.

“The alleged victim claims he was hanging in the VIP area when the rappers and their crew rolled in and tried to shove everyone else out,” TMZ reports. “The victim says when he refused to bolt ... they unloaded on him and then chased him outside.”

Not long afterwards, the police reportedly shut down the club.

No arrests have yet been made but TMZ states that the police are currently investigating the alleged assault.

Sources close to the rappers subsequently told the celebrity gossip site that the West Coast artists never touched the man, and they instead claim that the club’s security guards tossed him out.

Bobby Shmurda & GS9 Now Face Over 100 Charges

Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel and 13 other GS9 members pled not guilty yesterday (January 29) to over 100 charges inside of a New York City Supreme Court, XXL reports.

In the first hearing since the initial Dec. 17 arrests, the State added an additional 32 charges - to the original 69-count indictment - bringing the total to 101. Three more individuals have been added to the indictment, as well.

Kenneth J. Montgomery has replaced Howard Greenberg as Shmurda's primary counsel.

According to XXL, Shmurda's new lawyer challenged the $2 million figure set by Judge James Burke, calling the initial fee "extremely unfair" and "excessive." He requested a special bail hearing for this Monday to lower the amount.

Rebel's lawyer also asked the judge to lower his client's $2 million bail, as well.

Both requests were denied. The judge refused to lower bail for any of the defendants, but promised to revisit the claims at the next scheduled session on Apr. 22.

Montgomery told HipHopDX prior to the hearing, that he anticipated the government would oppose his bail package regardless of its merits, but he was "hopeful" to receive a fair hearing.

Shmurda was initially indicted on charges including reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

If convicted, he will face up to 25 years in prison.

Nitty Scott Talks Dating Kendrick Lamar & Changing Her Image

People have been responding to Nitty Scott’s new revealing image.

She spoke on Hot 97's  Ebro in the Morning about the effects of her decision to show off her body.

When asked if more people have been sliding into her Twitter direct messages, Nitty replied,“I don’t have a number, but it’s absolutely increased.”

Scott told the radio show morning crew that early in her career, she was advised that she wouldn’t be respected as a sexy female rapper, so she chose to cover up. Most of the criticism she has received for her new image comes from men.

“It was men that were telling me in the beginning that you can’t be this hot and this talented at the same time,” she says. “Minds will be blown. We can’t handle it. I accepted that bullshit for a long time and kept myself in this place where I was miserable. People don’t know this. People don’t know that I was miserable. I would feel like I was completely suppressed.”

Kendrick Lamar's name came up in the conversation when the Art of Chill rapper told Ebro that she used to date him. The two have worked together before, most notably on “Flower Child.”

“That was my boo. I was seeing him and him only for at least a year,” she says. “The people that were in charge of my career in the past, that was a relationship that they were not comfortable with. I think that’s out of pocket already simply because I don’t think your personal relationships should be determined by people you are involved with professionally. But that is what really made it so that it couldn’t flourish just because I was told that was not a good look.”

50 Cent's Ex Accuses Him Of Being A Manipulating Women Beater

50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend, Tatted Up Holly, says the G-Unit artist mistreated her.

Holly screenshot a SMS conversation between her and Fif and shared it via Instagram. It has since been deleted from her account.

“U got way more to lose than me,” the text reads. “ Let’s see how these pics I got of u beating my ass will look on your record. Fuck u…Now u fucked with the wrong one.”

The caption was a bit more in depth, as Holly detailed her relationship with Fif.
“Now he wants me to calm down. U are nothin but a manipulating women beater. You’re a fucking bully. Puts fear in everybody’s heart mistaking it for respect. I treated this man like royalty but all I got in return was ass whippings. Didn’t ask him for shit. He would buy me gifts to only take them back, what a man!!! He wanted me love unconditionally, I’m sorry I will not tolerate a grown ass man putting their hands on me. I was good before you I will good without you @50cent.”

Holly's Instagram post came shortly after Fif shared his own IG post of a Media Takeout article, calling the vixen his girlfriend.

50 has since deleted the post, which called Holly "community pussy."

Hollly was a vixen in 50’s video “Smoke” featuring Trey Songz.

Fif has not commented on the claims and no charges have been filed.

Master P Teams Up With Hot Boy Turk On "Wodie" Remix

Master P has collaborated with another member of the Hot Boys.

After trading bars with Lil Wayne and his new clique - Money Mafia - the Hip Hop mogul has delivered a verse on the remix to Turk's new track, "Wodie."

"We gon' take this shit back," Turk says during the first few seconds of the song.

"Yeah, I'm fuckin' with the Hot Boys," P raps on his verse, before shouting out Hot Boys' affiliate B.G.

"Power", P's collaboration with Wayne was "historical."

The No Limit Records founder told Sway In The Morning that they had never done anything like that before. He also revealed that he and Wayne "swapped records" and that "anything is possible" when it comes to welcoming Weezy to No Limit Records.

Last year, Turk spoke to VladTV about a conversation he had with Wayne, in regards to joining Master P's No Limit imprint.

"Master P used to put all his artists in houses, give ‘em Rolex watches, buy ‘em Camaros, you know shit that young niggas wanted,” Turk says in the interview. "Baby wasn’t givin’ us that. So one day, me and Wayne sitting’ outside like, ‘Man, shit. Let’s go fuck with P. You know he gonna fuck with us. We’re the youngest Hot Boy$.’ We felt like we were better than all them niggas over there anyway. But we didn’t go. It just was us having a conversation…We was seriously wanting to go, but things just started happening for us. We started getting broke off the way how we thought we should.”

Turk is the head of his own YNT (Young N Thuggin) Empire and Lil Wayne is in the midst of suing Cash Money Records for $51 million.

Missy Elliot Will Join Katy Perry For Super Bowl Halftime Performance

In addition to an appearance from rocker Lenny Kravitz, it’s been revealed that Katy Perry’s Super Bowl halftime performance will also feature a guest appearance from Missy Elliott.

The pop star made the announcement that an “old school” female artist would be joining her at the Super Bowl during a press conference.

“I wanted to bring someone back,” Perry said. “A throwback of sorts that definitely needed some more shine. All I can say is it will be a real female fun night. It's a bit old school. When this person enters the stage and you hear the first ring of the chord I think jaws will drop and faces will melt.”

Although the Associated Press reports that Missy will appear as a guest performer during the halftime show, the news has yet to be confirmed by the NFL.

Both Missy Elliott and Katy Perry previously worked together on a remix to Perry’s 2011 record, “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).”

Super Bowl XLIX will air on Sunday, February 1 at 6:30 PM on NBC.
