Bossip spoke to bail bondsman Ira Judelson, who claims things are being taken care of.
“At the end of the day, I’m their bank. I’m the one who is going to be putting up the money to secure their appearance in court,” said Judelson of his role in getting Shmurda out of jail and back in the studio. “Bobby is relying on me to put up the $2 million to get him out the door, get him back to his family and get his music career back on track.”
His lawyer also made a statement along the same lines.
“A 72 hour surety is attached and the package has to be examined by the Government,” said Montgomery. “If approved he is released. If not a hearing would be scheduled to litigate any issues.”
