Drake
dropped a surprise album last night (Feb. 12) and now rumors are
circulating that he released the album only to complete his contractual
obligation with
Cash Money. The reports claim the album hit
iTunes and was almost immediately available on
SoundClound because it isn’t about the money, it’s about finishing his contract so he can depart from his label.
“The latest on the streets is that Drake
dropped this new album/mixtape to fulfill his contractual obligation
with Cash Money. This is why it is on iTunes. But did you peep how uber
fast it appeared on SoundCloud (some say at the same time it showed up
